Wedding Bells and Big congratulations to Mr and Mrs Bessa



On Saturday May 8th in Sao Paulo Brazil,  Pedro tied the knot, in what was a beautiful wedding. Celebrated by family and friends. We would all like to wish the new Mr and Mrs Bessa all our love and express our great happiness and joy at the news.

Big Congratulations to Dario Bacci who got his Brown Belt from Leo yesterday, Pedro Bessa London OSSS! :)


 

 

IBJJF Europeans


 

Well done to all students who took part in the IBJJF European Open Tournament held in Lisbon, Portugal, in January 2010. The Pedro Bessa team sent 8 students who represented Nine Nine with style in Lisbon, which 5 managed to bring some medals back home to the UK:

- Oliver Holt / blue belt / juvenile - Bronze  

- Ross Nichols / blue belt / adult - Gold

- Dario Baci / purple belt / senior - Silver

- Nicholai Holt / brown belt / senior - 2x golds (open class and weight division)

- Leopoldo Pires / black belt / master - Silver 

 

 

Well done everyone for their effort and lets keep training hard! Osssssss

Congratulations to all of those who got their new belts on the last grading! We had new brown belts to the group as well as new purple and blue belts! The Pedro Bessa Family is getting bigger and bigger but most importantly is that the level is getting higher and higher! 

 While in America I was also fortunate to get my first stripe by professor Carlos Valente! So all done to all of us!

 Let's keep training and making the Family not only bigger but also stronger!
