Mark Tucker is a UK representative for Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS). He is one of only a few who has met the high standards for being a Certified Executive Instructor under world renowned instructor Paul Vunak and also a PFS Full Instructor. Mark is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under BJJ Black Belt Pedro Bessa.

Whilst serving with the Royal Marines Commandos, Mark started competing in Boxing and Judo. On leaving the Royal Marines in 1994 Mark was lucky enough to meet and train with Sifu Bob Gilchrist, who introduced Mark to Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts. After attending a seminar with Guro Dan Inosanto, Mark decided to dedicate his life to Martial Arts.

Mark was the Cornwall undefeated Judo champion for 3 years and has fought for the UK premier Mixed Martial Arts organisation Cage Rage. Also he has fought on many shows in New Zealand and California. Mark has also fought on many Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competitions around the world. And is also ranked number 2 in the world BJJ Nogi in the purple middle weight divison and number 3 in the world in the open weight divison.
